Thank you, I appreciate that. The seat base is plywood, and framed with 2x3's for support. Coated it with epoxy to seal it, then covered in foam and busted out the home ec skills and stitched up a carbon print vinyl cover for it.

The cig is a '99 38' merc 600sc's and bravos.
Just over 400 hours on the hull and 90% of it was in nh on fresh water. It's a real clean nice boat that a friend/customer picked up last year. |

Appreciate the input but they aren't going anywhere. They are mounted like that on every boat I've looked at or worked on, and if anything loosens up its easy enough to through bolt them to that wall.
