Try calling Scott Smith at Formula, he is vintage support and will be able to tell you the mfg and part #.

Formula gave me the windshield part number and gave me a guys number in florida. I call the guy in florida and have not heard back yet. Taylormade had nothing. No available parts at all.

The guy you are trying to reach in Florida for you windshield help is almost impossible to reach. I talked to him a time or two and all he wanted me to do was ship my entire windshield to him for a 1700 dollar repair and all I was asking for was the rubber trim that was needed. Never heard from him again...it has been painful trying to find a replacement part for the rubber trim.

I have a bath/kitchen remodeling business. The guy that I sub my custom shower doors to, owns a glass biz. I am bringing him my whole boat this week. We are going to measure everything, and figure out how to rebuild the windshield. He says we just need to take the time to go through his catalogs and find the pieces. He doesn't think it will be a problem at all.
