Default Manufacture Formula 252 instrument plate

I want to create one as original-looking instrument but with a flush chartplotter in central position and the meters around it, in a Formula 252 LS -95. I just have a hard time figuring out how! Ultimately I'd like it to be in similar material and color as the original one. It's blue/grey, som kind of dim, hard plastic, almost has a glass feeling (hardness-wise). I've done some fiberglass jobs but not enough to figure out the process how to make this piece. Any ideas? If i can find a good way to do it, I'll post the process here, I think there are more people around that would like their plotters to be flush in the panel Or maybe of someone has a company to recommend that does different kinds of plastic material work?

I just did mine, I used a piece of aluminum the same thickness as the original composite. Mine is a twin engine, I ended up taking out the speedometer gauge and moving the tachs outward and placing the flush mount gps dead center. I used black wrinkle paint and it matched the original very good, although your finish is probably different.
