I need more than that. EXACTLY which hull/manufacturer. What out drive (Bravo 1, Alpha, other?).

What GPS speed are you getting and at what rpm? Data points at 3000/3500/4000 etc will help with suggestions.

Is the drive trim working properly?

What is the weight of the boat (fuel, passengers, hull etc)?

yes it alpha 1 ger 2,i will try this week with my gps on phone ,drive trim work great . when took drive 3 person 1/2 tank fuel.it v hull it on plane easy.

I have a bigger heavier boat with a deeper v... Should be about the same hp (310) though I probably have more torque. Regardless I see 60 at 4600 rpm.

Either your speedo is wrong

Your prop is slipping excessively

You have the bow buried

Or your numbers are off

That rpm x that ratio x the prop pitch = mph. Some factor in the equation is off.
