a friend of mine was doing heads for NASCAR race trucks in the late 90's. he was talking about the power he was getting. I said it won't be long before they are in boats. he said "nope. aluminum blocks don't make enough torque. they will never replace the big block in boats." the only thing lacking on that dyno sheet is a base weight in the 750 lb range...
