Awesome thanks. Does it seem like it would create enough pressure to burst that hose with those outlets kinked off?

ONE more question, I ordered the Sierra ss thermostat housing like I pictured. It only came with the blue plastic thermostat sleeve. What are the differences with the white or blue one? Can I just use the blue sleeve?

Just use the blue one. It should be fine.

What connects to the top water 90* water inlet/outlet ????

Water comes in from port, pumps to starboard side then out the smaller outlets. Is that what your asking?
