What are the best setup practices for Mercruiser 502 low boost (4-5lb) blower application?
Ring gap?
Carb size and jets?
Fuel pump recommendations? (assume 1/2 inch fuel lines and pickup)
Fuel filter recommendation?
Thermostadt recommendation - FL waters - should I skip thermo?
Will stock CAM and exhaust valves work?
thanks!
Thanks

blower assuminng roots 6-71 or 8-71 with dual 750's or 850's carbs.
Marine baker mechanical fuel pump 140 gph 7.5 psi / -8 hose will work but routing and restriction crucial.
fuel filter and housing wix offers very reasonable ones 1/2" inlet/outlet.
thermo/stat. Your choice but must be willing to spend some time dialing in. See recent thread.
stock cam and valves. NO
