Not the answer your looking for on your specific cam but probably a custom grind. All else fails a degree wheel and dial indicator and you can figure it out other wise after removal you can take it to the nearest cam grinder or speed/machine shop and get your lift, duration and valve timing events.

What kind of budget? Heads aren’t very good. I wouldn’t reuse them unless they are already rebuilt and ready to go, and you don’t want to spend anymore.

If it were me I’d go to 632 with the tall deck. That will drive what size head you should use.

eddie sv565, sv632 and profiler seem to be yellowbullets favorite single 4bbl intakes.

i saw some dial indicators at harbor freight. With that and degree wheel you could figure it out.

going to 632 cu in will require pretty much totally different rotating assembly.a 572 can make a lot of power and he could use the money saved from using existing parts on a better head&cam package, just me thinking out loud.
