From what I can tell. It would be smarter to just re-power it at that point.
Parts all have a pretty long lead time.
And no one really can or wants to work on it in my area.
its truly like finding a needle in a hay stack, to find someone locally (under a 6 hr drive) just to to a top end refresh.

Im sure that was a good deal, But I'm pretty sure I would still have to get a new transmission, and who hows what else.
Boat is being picked up Friday and going to an ILMOR dealer Friday.
I will post what the problem was once we figure it out, in case anyone else has same issue.
