BTW - non marring hammer for the tap test on the gel coat.... Brittle Gel doesn't like direct metal contact from Estwing's or a ball-peen + you can definitely hear the wet transom without clubbing the transom to death
Well checked it yesterday hammered on the inside in engine compartment with hammer. Did not come across any soft glass . Only part that seemed out of place was were the motor mounts were bolted too. That might be a whole other issue lol. I have to have this boat on the water for summer so my kids and I can have the best summer ever ! I think I am going to try and sell the Motor and see if that sells quick. I really want to make this boat a twin outboard ripper. After getting some good questions answered on SAF that would be a lot of work with glass and bracing things like that.

Haha....my buddy was going to look at that boat but you must have gotten there first.

Good luck with it. Seemed like a good deal for the price.

Thanks yes, it was a good deal and the guy I got the boat from was a good guy. I think when anyone buys something used they need to do there own research and check what needs to be checked. My kids will have a blast on this boat, party time.
