After cleaning and internal cleanings. You have to dissolve all the internal carbon so it can come out.

Dissolved internal carbon and purged out of the air injectors. Its the only way to get it all out.

Thanks for the reply with pictures. I have 3 optimax engines I need to have the injectors serviced and checked. Do you need the fuel rails shipped to you with the injectors.

For the OPTIMAX just the fuel injectors and air injectors. You keep those rails and make sure they are clean and zero corrosion.

They can be a son of gun to get out so watch out how you take them out without damage. It is best to have the service manual for these OPTIMAX per your engine serial number and hp range.

Also it is best to have the special air and fuel pressure reading tool to test your running air pressures and fuel pressure before you pull all this out and after all goes back together and the air & fuel injectors are completely tested and cleaned on my end. There is specs that need to met for the air injectors side and then a different spec for the fuel side. Most of these apps are 10 psi difference but again that depends on the apps and year and which color air injectors you have. There is blue - black or grey for air injectors. Thanks
