How important is power steering cooler on 18’ open bow with v-6? I never thought P/S generated that much heat. How much would you run the boat while looking for a new one?

Not my boat so can’t say for sure. I assumed it did since it had a P/S pump and cooler.

Ayuh,..... If the motor has P/S, it Needs it's cooler,....
