I hate to say it as well but after looking at it all a new trailer should be in order. Even if you find a better used aluminum trailer. You will be much better off.

I mean I wasn't afraid of welding on a new surge break coupler.

Tires are completely shot.

Winch is Shot

All new trailer wiring is needed

and all new brake lines

Structurally the trailer seems very sound.

I'm totally willing to investigate a new trailer thought I just have no idea where to start with that.

This trailer perfectly fits the Nova. which is why I was on the thought i should just refurbish it.

I would also love to take advantage of the integrated trailer brake controller that is in my 2019 Ram 1500

Roller trailers are horrible for supporting any decent size boat. Scrap your trailer and get a new or gently used one.

I talked to Russ. He bought several FastLoad trailers back to back for several boats.
Now they are known as:

Yeah, cut your losses and buy a new trailer. That thing is done

You don't want that nice looking boat on that trailer. Next time we see that boat would be in a Youtube video when the trailer lets go.

Agreed. Very pretty boat, but time for a new trailer. Way too much time and $ to refurbish, and the end result would not be as good as a newer one. Good luck
