Transom water dump help

My boat has a 1.5 hole in the back of it where a water dump used to be, the PO took the fitting and I’m having a hell of a time finding one.

it doesn’t have to be anything special because I’m going to cap it off anyways. I just need to fill this large hole in the transom. I’d like to leave it fitting and not fill it in.

it needs to fit in a 1.5 hole and be longer than 2” the PO removed some of the transom just to make the fitting he had fit.

That’s the problem is none of those fittings use a 1.5 hole and are over 2” of threads.

that’s the closest one yet, only problem with that one I see is the outside flange is only 1 3/4.

Do you think a 1/4 of flange on the outside will be enough? I will make sure to 4200 the **** out of it.

An 1/8" plate of stainless, weld a short section of stainless allthread and a little bar to tighten it against. Seal the whole mess off ,you can make it any size you want .

Thickened/reinforced epoxy and a little gel

Just install this using 3M 4200. You won't need the threaded portion. It won't move once installed.
