Get a test light which any big box auto parts store should have which would make it easier to check your issue?

Agree if your loosing all power, but not if its corrosion (resistance) issue. Test light will glow from around 6V to 18V or so. If key is turned and voltage drops to 9V then the light still glows but that isn't enough to pull in the solenoid.
getting power, I’ve pulled the light out already. Next is checking corrosion and volt meter checks. I have 6 months and I will find it lol. |
I had the same issue. It ended up being circuit D in the illustration that was located on the back of the motor! Motor was out and mechanic was about to replace starter motor when he found the relay!
