Blower Shop 250 Supercharger on a 454 EFI Magnum
Looking for recommendations and advise on what upgrades to make on a 454 Mag EFI (385 HP) for reliability. Goal to obtain a nice flat torque curve and around 550 to 600 HP. (Is this reasonable with the 454 and the smaller blower without creating issues?)
Engine has zero hours, but understand I’ll need to tear it down as it’s been sitting since new. Would like to stay with original crank and rods and heads, but open to all recommendations from top to bottom including getting it blueprinted, internally balanced, improved oil cooling system, hydraulic roller setup, head work, valve upgrade, different headers, etc.. I want to do it the right with quality parts.
