You can’t put the marine mat/sea deck over the coin floor. Coin floor (I was told it was called pereli flooring) needs to be ripped up and any extra adhesive removed. I had to sand mine and refinish. Then the new floor can go down

They installed my Marine Mat over my Lonseal floor.

Rephrase - Marine Mat/sea deck can be put over anything. If you want it to last long and look good I would recommend tearing out the existing floor. Otherwise you will end up with the above picture.

A friend has Seadek type flooring laid over his lonseal and has no issues. This is the 3rd season for it. They did dye/paint the edges of the lonseal to closely match the base layer color of the seadek
