Hello all.
Been lurking here for years and now have some questions. I had an account many years ago, but I can't remember the password or email used at the time; maybe mods could help with that—Username (Dead502)
My name is Mark, and I recently inherited a 1994 Eliminator 235 Edge with a 502 Mag. The boat has been in my family for 21 years. It's been down for a couple of years and needs some work. There have been some questionable repairs done in the past that I am trying to work out. The current concern is the VST hoses.
I thought the clear hose from the lift pump (sight hose indicating pump failure) was connected to a clear hose on top of the VST. It seems to me there was a tee under the upper intake that joined both hoses near the throttle body. Currently, the hose from the lift pump is connected near the throttle body, and the one at the VST is not connected.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
