Default 502 MPI Converting to Carburetor

Looking for recommendations on a motor project I have. It's a Gen VI 502 block with 14097088 heads. It was originally an MPI motor that I bought without any accessories. My plan is to put this motor back together as a carbureted motor - looking for a reliable set-up - I'll need part numbers for: front accessories, brackets, hoses, pulleys etc. Ignitions system, intake, carb and fuel system. If someone has the whole package from a 'cracked' block please let me know.
Thank you in advance.

I recently converted my inboard from V-Belts to serpentine using these kits. Used crank mounted raw waterpump.

Top notch stuff.

Do you have a pic of your set up? That's a lot cheaper than the Hardin kit. (I know the Hardin kit comes with the sea water pump)

Did you get the alternator? I assume it's not rated for marine use?

Does the engine still have the MPI stuff ?? I would be interested in the engine/EFI wire harness.

Zoom in engine on left, you can see all accessories mounted up. Yes, I did source my own 100A Marine alternator. If your existing distrutor is a small cap HEI it will work
just fine for your carb set up.

Thanks, but unfortunately that is for the earlier 502EFI engines that had the VST fuel system. I'm also pretty sure they were all Gen V blocks.

BTW, I do have a used Gen V seapump/fuel pump combo and a Merc alternator. Both with V belt pulleys. Came off a friends boat when he upgraded the hp and went with electric pumps. I would need to get alternator checked to verify its operational.
