I would personally have Eddie Young do the top ends just for my own peace of mind if they were mine, but I'm very OCD though. One tip I can give you is remove the hatch ram and get you a yoga mat to lay across the engines when changing the plugs on that boat. That hatch should stand straight up and you can secrure it not to fall forward or have someone you trust very well hold it for you while the ram is not connected. Also removing one of the headers between the 2 engines will make things a breeze there.

Let me preface my next comment herein by saying that I am in no way dismissing what has been shared or advised do far, I just wanted to do some additional diligence around the idea of using anti seize or not on the spark plug install and the possibility of a TSB out there on the subject.
Just hung up with Mercury who advised no TSB on the subject could be found citing there would not be one created unless a problem was being addressed. In this csse, the Mercury service manual simply just states to install the plugs. The absence of any language referencing use of anti seize or any lubricant reverts the direction to be absent any lubricant. So, Mercury does not use anti seize when building the motor.
At the end of the day, its a widely used practice to use anti seizeas as a matter of preference and nothing says you cant, Im just going to have mine done without as the factory built it.
Again, appreciate all the expertise here, just sharing what I learned.
Thx all...
