Yes, i put spacers on first but didn't like them. I went with a set of Teague tall covers.

call young performance, that guy is amazing and has a wealth of knowledge. One of the best marine performance shops out there. Possibly the best! I've done tons of business with the man and his customer service is top notch. He can help you with whatever you need.

back in and done. Intercooler plumbing turned out great, new fuel system from young performance. I'll post more pics tonight. Boat should pick up 10mph and get me into the 102 area.

I've built probably 30 cars ranging from a 37 Plymouth to my 2021 hellcat with 1200hp but this is the first performance boat I've ever built. I've really enjoyed learning what to do and researching. I also last minute had to cut room in the hatch because the intercooler raised the blower a bit more than I measured lol. Everything is done right on this build. My goal was a fast reliable boat without breaking crap all the time. Engine should be around 775-800 hp. I drive very easy so I'm hoping the xr drive holds up a bit. It has 20 hrs on it and the oil has been changed 5 times haha.
