Please don't laugh at my ignorance. Tried to register ar Donzi.net and message says I can't log in without cookies. I feel stupid,what the heck does that mean?

On your top tool bar, go to
tools>internet options>security>custom levels

scroll down until you see "cookies" click to enable

This should do it.
