Yea they have the boat listed on their site and they are suppose to have done the repairs to the boat after the fire. I called them to get some info on the boat and what the damage and repairs entailed - salesman said he'd check into and get back with me. No call back. So I call a few days later - salesman says he's still checking into it and will get back with me. No callback.

So after after about a week I call back - secretary says the salesman is busy and can't come to the phone but will call me right back. Nada. Wait a week, same thing. Been waiting on that callback for about a month now.

It may have just been some very minor damage but their unwillingness to address it sure scares the hell out of me.

I`ve followd this threat since the start, and I find it obviouse that there is a "history" on this boat, since nobody involved will clearly say anything else.
Ok, so let`s call that a fact.

So; what would be the right price for a boat like this then??? I see that it`s priced to $129k now... What`s the "right" price in your opinion for this boat?
Or should it just be scraped?

And another thing that crossed my mind.... If it has this so called "hot history", would`nt there be any pictures of the damage around somewhere??? I guess some insurence company have been involved or something...

It's all clearly spelled out in the ad. "Gel Coat Blemishes have all been repaired"

Not clarifying what happended and what was done to repair it makes it an unknown and unknowns require a deep discount.

Here is a question, if a broker sells a boat that they don't own what requirement do they have for full disclosure? this isn't directed at this boat per se just makes me wonder?
