Head question

Does anyone know if the 38zx takes water from outside for the head or does it come from the fresh water system?

From: NORTHERN ILLINOIS

The water supply for the typical Donzi 38zx vacu-flush head is from the fresh water holding tank that i believe was 20 gallons.
