Good Comps. are out there but there are quite a few "not good" ones as well. They are great boats, best sit down V made! I know quite a bit about a lot of them and I know many people who know the others, there aren't that many out there. If you need any info on one you find, post the info up here and you will get a good history on the boat.
Best of luck on the search, I will keep my eyes open.

The "Lightning Strikes", later called "SOHO" in P1 Europe, was for sale about a year ago in Italy. A rather stiff price thow... But the engines and drives was overhauled and "as new", + alot of other works done.
The seller was the owner & driver; Federico Terenziani. Hav`nt seen it since...?

This is a great deal in my opinion:

Mike A's boat redone by Nor-Tech (seen it in person and it is beautiful):
http://www.popyachts.com/view/3467
This is the "Ferrari" boat, looks like new interior and Vinyl Donzi logos (all I know)

1075 #6 boat in Europe (only 1075 boat built)
http://www.yachtworld.com/boats/2009...66224/Bulgaria
Not sure if this is still for sale or if it is there:

Thanks Tom, appreciate the help.
The thing that is killing me is that there was a 700/NXT ZRC with like 40 hours that sold for $150K, so to me an older race ZRC would be worth around $80k, but I know theres not many built, so you guys (the sellers) hold the upper hand. Not bashing the boats by any means, but I just feel thats where the market is for a non cabin sit down with 525's (03-5 viintage) for it to move. Im all over the place with what I want from older apaches to these because of the low cost of operation with the 525's. I was looking for cats but to insure one properly you are looking at $10k a year, so they are out.

I know what you are saying but here is the reality.
The $150k 700 boat does not represent the market contrary to what some people say around here. That was a desperate seller unloading the boat to move it. (I know for a fact there were many dealers and manufacturers unloading 1-3 year old "leftover new" boats well below THEIR cost just to collect tax breaks and say they sold xx number of units in a bad economy) It killed all our values. Hopefully that will not happen again and as we cannot regain value, all we can hope is to hold it for a while.
That said, the ZRC's are not your typical Donzi. It would be like comparing an SLR McClaren to a run of the mill Mercedes. These boats (up until 2009) were all specially built by the custom and racing division of Donzi in a separate building by a select group of people. I think 150K is a good price for the Miami Ice 525 boat if it includes a trailer. Mike's boat has been rebuilt from the ground up and is amazing. I would not hesitate on it and am sure his pricing is flexible.
That said, a 525 boat will run low to mid 90's all day long and not break anything, 700's get you 115.
You want to run 90-100 in an Apache.... twin 900 -1100's and #6s may get you there... and what will that maintenance be not to mention older boats with questionable histories....
If you don't need a cabin, you will not find a better running V bottom boat of this size.
Yes I am the biggest fan and cheerleader.... but ask anyone else who has owned one or driven one and they will say the same thing.
