Default Bought another Donzi. 2000 33 Daytona

I commented on this forum a while back that I have always wanted a 33 ZX.... Well things just fell in to place for me and I am the proud owner now of a 2000 33 Daytona with 500efi's. It happened so fast I don't think it has really sunk in yet. I went to look at the Daytona because there just happened to be one for sale locally and as it has for a long time been a dream of mine to own one some day we went to check it out. Well me and the wife both instantly fell in love with it and later that day we decided that if we could sell one of our boats we where going to go for it. I was telling a good friend of mine about this thought later the same day and him being in the market him self instantly replied "I'll buy your Scarab"..... So after talking it over for a while to make sure he was serious and coming to a price agreement I called the owner of the Daytona and came to a price agreement with him that very same night. What a day!!! and here she is... absolutely love it!!! Now I'm a Donzi owner X2 as I also have a 99 3250 SS, what can I say... I'm a Donzi fan!!

Congrats!! You will love it! We had ours for 3yrs and loved it, very nice riding boats and large for their size. Only reason we got rid of it was because we bought a top gun.

Congrats and that's a good looking boat.

I've got your older cousin - a 1988 Z33.

Nice!... I like the Z33's too. I was looking around for one a few years ago but it's hard to find one in nice shape with decent power. Nice looking boats with timeless styling that was ahead of there time. I can only imagine how a Z33 would have stood out back in the late 80's
