Default Thoughts on early 2000's 32ZF boats?

The wife and I really like the early 2000 32' CC ZF boats, but I don't know much about them other then of course the excellent Donzi reputation. What's a decent price to pay for them and what are some things we should keep an eye out for? Anyone considering selling theirs and if so, please send me the info? Basically, this boat will be our 2nd boat that we will use more often then our current sport cruiser. We both miss fishing and crabbing and can't quit do that on our current boat. Also want something to quickly jump on and go bar hopping. It will be lift kept which is why I say we can "quickly" jump on it and go. Thanks in advance for any pointers you guys can provide.

Thanks,
Brad
