Default 35 zr rear cleat identification?

Has anyone ever had this happen? If so how did you get it fixed? Or does anyone know the manufacturer by chance?

Pop up cleat came out some how. Anyone ever have this happen and how did you fix it?

Cleats were made by GEMCO located around Orlando area....I bought a rebuild kit for this same issue back in 2016. They still had a few on the shelf.

Thank you! I cannot find that company online? Can you send website please?

Donzi Direct said a company called Orca custom made these cleats. Orca is out of business. I found a company called The Marine Connection who liquidated Orca products. They had one that is identical. The only difference is the two middle posts on the one they sent me do not have the indentation like the one on the boat now (see the pic in my initial post). I will know tomorrow but the one they sent me might be a hair smaller too.

Thank you. Interesting and I thought maybe that Gemlux might be what was meant.
I emailed them July 12th and they said it is not their cleat.

This is the Orca brand that was sent to me. I will know tomorrow when I get to the boat to check it out and compare etc.
