Default Bravo One stuck in up position

I'm working on a 2005 Donzi 22 (496 HO Bravo One) that's been sitting in a garage for 8 years with 214 hours. When I hit the trim switch I can hear the trim pump, but no movement on the outdrive. Could somebody steer me in the right direction as what to look for. Thank you!

Assuming there is fluid in the reservoir?

You can crack a line loose on a trim ram and run the pump. If fluid sprays out there is a problem with the trim cylinders. Will it move if you help it? Like say with someone standing on it? Bravo trim cylinder caps are known to corrode in the seal area and can freeze it up. I had to rebuild mine last spring. Rebuild kits are like $15 a piece. A lot of people just buy the cylinders rebuilt and replace them.

Not sure if this link will work. But heres what a bad one looks like.

Thanks for your reply. I'll first try cracking a line and then standing on it to see if it helps it to move.
