Default Donzi 43zr new owner

Hi everyone,

I’m thrilled to share that I recently became the proud owner of a 2006 Silver Donzi 43ZR, powered by triple Mercury Racing 525s spinning Bravo One XRs. Owning a Donzi has always been a dream, and I can’t wait to get her looking and running at her absolute best. I’ve already started putting in a lot of work and will be posting plenty of photos along the way.

Unfortunately, I can’t upload pictures until I hit the 10-post minimum, but I’ll share them as soon as possible.

Does anyone know how easy is to remove the Livorsi painted grille plate under of the levers paint is coming apart ?,

Congrats and looking forward to seeing pictures.

by the Livorsi painted grille plate do you mean the throttle and shifter base plate? If so, the whole mechanism needs to be disassembled, which isn’t that big of a deal. The base plate is actually 4 different pieces.

If it has the arched base plate be careful with the little tabs that interlock each piece/section. They can bend very easily during disassembly and possibly break.

Exactly... Are the bolts under the base plate as i can't see anything from the top/in between levers...
