5PM,
74mph is on GPS, not speedo. And by the time he gets it dialed in with props, he'll be doing 76 on the GPS. Sorry if your tank Donzi needs 2 motors of the same size to go the same speed as a single 496 in the same size hull. Check out Keiths New Y2K in this thread. Also, as you can see in the pics, there''s a huge sun pad( you said it had none). If you put the cusion in the engine hatch, it's5'4"x 6'6'' . Where do you get your info ?

Rick

FX,

My observations are of my friends boat, no cabin, fiberglass pad. It's a sharp looking boat, and if you boat on calm water, it's great. In 2 footers he's ratchet strapping his kids in the back seat. 30' length, 7' beam and lightweight make it quick for it's power but there's a tradeoff in ride quality when things get rough. And as to price, you truly get what you pay for. I'll take my Donzi with twins every time.

The Y2K has no problem running 5' to 6' waves at 75.

I have a 2000 28ZX Scorpion only 20 hours on her. It's in the "new" condition. Still has a year left on the Z-Care.

I might consider selling it for the right price. (No Trailer) White/ Yellow/ Black

Kitty,

Sounds like a nice package, 20 hrs on an '00 is awesome. With the 377 scorpions what do you get for speed on that? What's on it for props? Is it's 20hrs salt or fresh water?

I never ran it, but I heard it does mid 80's. It has a real 20 hours on it. It's from the south shore of LI so I woul assume it was salt, but has a fresh water flush kit.
