The 850's have brought the 38 to life. We were hoping that we would be fast enough to compete for the win but didn't think we could overhaul the other boats especially the Celerity boat, like we did, we must have been 5 mph faster on the straights to catch up to them the way we did, but we need to work on the balance and the corners. Next time we'll be more patient, we didn't need to try to win the race on the 3 rd lap. Luckily the boat landed upright, and only the engine hatches are toast. It's good that we now know we have a hull that will be the one to beat, just like the 32 DW.

I had faith in the DW38. I am sure it will be a class dominator in no time at all. 5 mph on the competition and still dialing in is HUGE!!!!! As they would say in the South, GIT R DONE BOYZ!!!!!!
