Yes Its me agian but not with the same question, I had before.
I ripped my drive clean off and am going to do a XR upper. Now my drive is a 1.36 and I'm thinking of running a 1.5.
Will the 1.5 work with my lower or do i need a 1.5 lower????????????????
Or should i leave it as a 1.36
23 pitch marage cupped, labbed. spinning at 5200 RPM, 73MPH.
I really dont know what pitch im running the props been worked 3 X's due to engine mods.

better check your gear ratio.i just went thru the same issue.ripped my drive off also had 1.36 or so i thought.spun a 23 mirage 5100.the dealer ordered another 1.36 and can only pull 3800 rpm.come to find out someone changed out the 1.36 gears to 1.50.so if the drive is marked 1.36 i think you may have 1.50 inside.don't see how you could spin that prop with those rpm with a true 1.36 drive.
