Your right about the logic. Anyways just for kicks, where did Betty Cook fit in the old overall picture of the Kamma set up and what was the cause of its demise. Was it the Kamma engine part of the package ? Or ? What.////// Your Dad, it seems to me was ahead of his times with the Kamma design and thanks for Archers #. I actually puchased a set of 18% gears from them some time back. thanks again jay

The kamma was designed by my father and the WSD was designed by my father and me before he passed away. He wanted me to use the Kaama boot because it was already done. Since then the tooling disappeared and we could not get boots so we changed the pattern for the casting to accept the new boot of the WMD.

There are a few of us that need the Kaama boots And i was told Archer did not have any. I have a boot that i would be more than willing to give someone if the can GUARANTEE that they could make a mold or something out the one i give so all of us Kaama guys have some spares.

The end of the Kaama drive , I was told, was when the molds were sold and the buyer sank them in New York harbor. I do not know why.

Pat, For real ? That is not logical, but then again that's as u-said how some folks are. Must have been someone involved with making the black drives.
