Default Hey Biggus

How much more or less are the Konrads over a TRS? How much more is a BW tranny over the Merc Trans?

Thanks
Jon

540 upper housing assembly = 100 LBS
540 lower housing assembly = 53 LBS
Transom/Gimbal Assembly = 88 LBS
Transmission = 110 LBS

These are the Konrad weights. I have no idea what the TRS weights are.

Pantera: Biggus and I came up with about 170 pounds total (two oudrive assemblies) changing from the TRS with MERC TRANS to the Konrads with BW trannies. I hope that I get this right but it is 50 pounds for the drives (25 each) and 20 pounds more for the transom assemblies (10 each) and the rest was the transmisions.

Nothing shifts like B/Ws.The only thing that sux about whole deal is no room to work on front of motors.But everyone we convert from MercTrans to B/W goes from a frown to a smile.

Thanks White Knuckles did you weigh it with out the pallet or shipping boxes? We kind of guessed on the weight of the Merc Trans.
