Why replace it? Prob. doesn't even effect performance........

The way the blades are folded over forward, you must have been in reverse right? So we you docking at the time?

nope cruising at 30, props are turned inward

I made lots of money off the SC ICW. Here is a prop off of the late Dave Thomas' Sea Ray 680 SS in '05. How does almost $1MM in damage hit ya?
