Bravo XR Maintenance
 

What are the maintenance and service requirements for the Bravo XR ?

- Lube every 50 hours ?
- Gimbal Bearing Greasing ?
- U-joint ?
- U-joint shaft ?

Does the drive have to come off every 50 hours ? Or is 100-150 hours doable ?

How long do you guys really run without taking the drive off ?


What can be done with the drive on ?
What has to be done with the drive off ?

As you can see, I want to remove the drive as little as possible....

I change lube at 25.... and pull drives at 50 or every year.

The U-Joints don't require grease (sealed, at least on mine). You should do the drive oil at 50 hours or once a year and pull the drive to grease the drive splines every season. Good time to inspect bearing, bellows, zincs, etc.
