Who makes the half extension box for a SSM VI? Are they all custom?

I didn't know Stellings also made stand of boxes for #6's. Are they adjustable like the bravo box? Are they a full 12" set back or smaller like on the 368 skater cat lites? Could you send me some pics and asking price.
