Default bravo xr oil capacity & type?

what is the oil capacity on an bravo xr with imco 2" shorty? should i run 75-90 royal purple or amsoil ? thanks

3 1/2 qts run merc performance oil i have had no problems on my cat and i run them to death

I think its the same stuff. But it costs as much as synthetic and it is only conventional. My choices are Mobil 1 or amsoil. Top 3 synthetic gear oils according to amsoil tests are:
1- amsoil
2-mobil 1
3-gm synthetic
The gm stuff is $32/qt! I am using mobil1. Easy to find and reasonable $$.
