Default Bravo Transom mounting bolt torque??

Found one of my transom assemblies leaking on my Sonic. I removed both completely, cleaned & ready to remount. Does anyone know the Merc specified torque required on the thru transom mounting bolts? Does anyone use a sealer on the transom side of the Bravo o-ring seal? If so, what?? I don't really want to "glue" the assembly to the transom... makes it too hard to get off later..... been there already!!
Thanks!!
