The Konrad PRS III is a direct bolt-on drive unit for the Merc Speedmaster III. This system retains the existing Speedmaster transom assembly. All that's required is swapping out the SSM drive bell and installing the Konrad bell (included w/ new bellows) into the SSM gimbal ring.

What is the Hp rating & warranty on these drives. Will these work with or replace new XR drives.

They are rated to handle up to 800 hp. Warranty is one year w/dyno sheets provided.

This particular Konrad model is designed as a direct replacement for the Mercury Racing Speedmaster III.

The Konrad ACE package is designed for Bravo boats. It includes an extension box to house the BAM transmission.

I happen to have a pair of factory reconditioned Konrad units avalable if interested.

This is a fantastic alternative for owners of SSM III boats, they bring the propshaft up 1.5" and now you can run much more reasonably priced Bravo style props.
