I am running an IMCO -3 shorty lower and a Mercruiser X drive upper with a Maximus 5 blade. My propshaft is 2 inches ABOVE the lowest point on the hull. I am running an IMCO 12 inch neutral extension box.

I started this post several years ago. A ton of good information was shared. I still have the same boat and thinking of installing 12" extension box and raising it up 3" for a 2" propshaft depth. Since I am better with wood and fiberglass I may build one from scratch. What do you think?
