Noticed a little more play then normal in my drive while I was washing it the other day. It feels loose. I spoke with a guy at a local marina and he said to turn the drive all the way to each side and tighten the bolts, but I couldn't find any. I'm not sure if he was thinking I had a Bravo vs. an Alpha. Any help will be appreciated.

definately not trying to be a smart ass, but please pick up a service manual and follow the instructions for drive and gimbal inspection and service rather than rely on folks online from recollection.

especially since if you hunt around a bit you'll be able to find the factory service manuals online...

I have a manual, but unfortunately its buried in my parents attic somewheres and I couldn't find it and I am going out on the boat Saturday. Something is loose, the bearing is fine, I was just seeing if it was something simple that I could do before I take it out. I will see if I could find something online.
