correct prop selection

hey folks i am new here with a new boat and i was wondering if someone could tell me what the correct prop selection for a 2005 26 ft lavey nu era with a 496 ho with headers is. i prefer 4 blades over 3 i currently have a 22 pitch 4 blade but feel this is a bit under what i should have installing headers over the winter months
regards M
