broken gears in bravo 1 drive

I pulled my drive today, and there came oil from the u joint.
I pulled the upper cap and I saw metal and broken gears.
We separated the upper and lower unit.
I dont know how I can pull the gears out from the unit?
who has a link to some manual?

Takes a couple specialty tools to get into them...the upper isn't that bad, but the lower takes a bunch. If you find the manual, it will tell you all the tool part numbers you need....be prepared to spend a $1,000 or so on a complete tool set.

It sounds like you have destroied the housing as well as the gears. If that is the case you dont need a manual, just buy another upper. Not sure if you have a single or twin app but you may want to upgrade at least to an XR or some other aftermarket drive.
Unfortunatly I have broken a few and have never been able to re-use a housing.

You know....you are probably correct. If fluid is coming out of the front, it's probably a pile of scrap metal now.
