-Does anyone know the input shaft to prop shaft dimention on the Volvo 280 drive?

Same as the 270?
Mine were the same. The 280 is better in that you do not have to drag the exhaust outlet through the water (exhaust outlet is through the trim tab right behind the prop on the 270).
