Default Broke Bravo 1... Bravo x, xz to replace?

Bravo 1 behind stock 454 mag mpi (385hp) on a 3800lb baja h2x
786 hours, drive blew, not sure of details, waiting on the news.

I would like to add more power, maybe a whipple charger. What is the best option to get the drive replaced? Looking at new bravo x or xz, or a rebuild. Stick with Bravo 1? Sportmaster, shorty?

Any help would be great, as of last week I was getting about 68mph, hitting rev limiter with just me and no gas...

Thanks in advance
RYAN

786 hours is a lot!! if your addind power a x or xz might be a good upgrade for you. if you get it over 450hp you might start looking for a xr or maybe a imco.

Ryan,
A friend of mine had an H2X.. it went 109mph at Loto.. first he had 750hp, then 950, then 1170 (that is when it went 109) and ended up with 1400hp. With an XR/SC -2" lower in front of it. But that was when they decent XR upper gears. Not so any more. Stay with easy power and X gears with steel tower and good top cap. Driven with respect, it should hold up. I have another friend that has a 24' Checkmate.. 950hp. Converted X drive.. Works for him!
Your hull seems to like short lower, from what I was told back then.
PM me if you want more info..
