help identify this drive cut out
#2
TRS has a similar cut out but that gimble housing shape left on the transom doesn't look familiar to me. It's been years since I've seen a TRS gimble though. I'd glass it in and start over with a Bravo hole anyway so long as the transom is good. From the looks of it the Bravo might be as simple as making a new hole . That one looks small enough that the Bravo will work without any glassing. Just my 2cts.

Fast Shafts,
It is the Equalizer in OKC. I am very interested in the boat, but I am trying to do the homework so I know what I am getting into. The gent with the boat says it is cut for TRS drive but, the markings left from the gimbal housing dont look like a TRS gimbal?
My thought was to purchase and take my time to finish the cuddy out and utilize as a lake boat.

Steve, I also expressed interest in this boat-if you do a search for "Webbcraft", you'll find this is a Webbcraft Equalizer-possibly the old race boat "Duces R Wild". It originally had a Speedmaster III (TRS) . The guy selling it also refers to the bow balast tank as a "fuel recovery system", he obviously does not know much about this boat. Hope this info helps.
