What type of boat is this on? If you have electric going to it at the dock, then you need to get your anodes lined out.fresh water or salt?

Proline wa 231 no power going to it. When i purchased the boat it was bad 4 years ago? it had bottom paint on the outdrive only? the guy told me he didnt keep it in the water? i have added and changed all anodies and checked my mercathode system and it wasnt hooked up right. So now im with a spotless boat with a outdrive thats pitted up and looks 25 years old! the boat now has 700 hrs witch i have put 350 on it. my boat is now bottom painted and sits in the water in lake erie all year. thanks again
