trying to verify if this is an HP assm |
I was told id it has stainless side hinge pins its an HP. The diff between 2 or 4 screws is age of it. Supposedly later models use 4 screws on the hinge pins
|
Its an early model HP gimbal assembly.
Why is the U-bolt not tight |
Good eye Brian, but still missing a part.
See item #23. http://www.mercruiserparts.com/Show_...Steering+Lever |
Unsure why they were loose and good eyes are right. Thank. You. Any diff between old style n new style other then 2 vs 4 screws in hinge pins?
|
You can now use parts from the ITS unit to still use the electric trim senders. Other changes unknown to me. PM MrGadgets on this site. He can help.

Thanks
